The IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module is a compact and easy-to-use power switch for Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP8266, and 卿本佳人在线观看-based projects. Designed to control high-power DC devices, it’s perfect for LED strips, motors, pumps, and solenoids while offering low heat dissipation and high efficiency.
The IRF520 is a “Standard” MOSFET, not a “Logic Level” one. When driven by an Arduino (5V), it does not open fully.Result: It works perfectly for light loads (LEDs, small fans, Solenoids). However, if you try to drive a heavy motor (>1A), the module will get HOT. For heavy currents, please use our IRLZ44N Logic Level Transistor instead.
